Merge Modular

The Merge Modular planter system consists of connecting planter components designed to be fastened together to your specific site plan or design.

Our Merge Modular™ planter system is designed to create endlessly unique landscape configurations.

Each configuration can be built from three modules

Merge Components

01. Central Component

This section component is open on either side and typically placed between two other components of the Merge Modular system to extend a straight length to the planter configuration. This is a fully shop welded component made from marine grade aluminum, AAMA 2604 powder coat finish on the inside and out, available in both fully sealed bottom or drainage holes, and can be made in all three edge profiles that we offer.

2. Curve Section

This section component is open on either side and typically placed between two other components of the Merge Modular system to create a curved corner to the planter configuration. This is a fully shop welded component made from marine grade aluminum, AAMA 2604 powder coat finish on the inside and out, available in both fully sealed bottom or drainage holes, and can be made in all three edge profiles that we offer.

3. Corner Component

This section component is open on either side and typically placed between two other components of the Merge Modular system to create a 90 degree, 120 degree, or custom degree corner to the planter configuration. This is a fully shop welded component made from marine grade aluminum, AAMA 2604 powder coat finish on the inside and out, available in both fully sealed bottom or drainage holes, and can be made in all three edge profiles that we offer.

4. End Component

This section component is open on only one side and serves as the “u-shape” terminating section of the planter configuration. This is typically placed at the beginning or end of the planter configuration and bolted to another Merge Modular component on the open side. This is a fully shop welded component made from marine grade aluminum, AAMA 2604 powder coat finish on the inside and out, available in both fully sealed bottom or drainage holes, and can be made in all three edge profiles that we offer.

Seating

Integrated Seating

Merge Seating was designed to be a modular component of the Merge Planter System but also holds its own as a stand-alone seating piece if needed. The Merge Seating size options are determined by the custom profiled timber we use to build them so that proportions remain consistent and thoughtful.

Options are
Endless

Merge Seating features a simple base and a bench top with wood that is used in both “end to end” and “front to back” configurations. There is no limit to what type of wood is specified and used, but we commonly make our products using IPE, Kebony, Thermory, and Composite Millboard.

Lockable
dry storage

Our lockable dry storage bench is a great option to help keep your belongings hidden or to house your electrical / irrigation controls out of site. Seamlessly integrating with our Merge Planter System, this is a beautiful yet practical feature you can integrate into your planter design.

Finishes

Select from 2 metal finish options

01

Aluminium

Aluminum offers an extremely refined product that is light weight with both high strength and durable properties. Aluminum planter products are ideal for any on structure installation as it is 60% lighter, compared to its stainless and weathering steel counterparts. It typically contains 85% recycled content and is 100% recyclable

02

Corten Steel

Corten steel is a high-strength weathering steel. When exposed to the environment, this steel forms an outer layer platina that protects this steel from corrosion. This is the reason why this steel is called weathering steel.

Powder coat finishes

300+ RAL Colors

Although we have our 10 signature and most popular colors shown on the right, we have the capability to powder coat our planters in any RAL color. We can also create any custom color if required to match other elements within your project.
